Our Company

Eastern Sun Ltd. Liability Co. is a California-based technology consultancy founded in 2019 and headquartered in Irvine, California. The firm is certified as a California Small Business (Micro) and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), and partners with public agencies and prime contractors to deliver cloud engineering, data architecture, applied AI, and technology procurement services.

Leadership

Ferdinand Pardede, Ph.D. — CEO — is a Principal Engineer at First American, where he leads cloud and AI/ML engineering teams building applications on AWS and Microsoft Azure using serverless architectures, data migration pipelines, and managed NoSQL systems. He previously served as Vice President, Data Architect at PIMCO, re-engineering reference-data systems and data models for transactions, accounts, positions, and securities, and as Vice President/Executive Director at Goldman Sachs, performing data and technology audits across fixed income, commodities, and currency systems. His earlier work spans distributed multimedia database research and applied artificial intelligence, including neural networks, Bayesian belief networks, and genetic algorithms for decision systems. He holds a Ph.D. and has spent his career at the intersection of finance, cloud infrastructure, and applied AI.
